Post-quantum protection is a coming feature that will be enabled on DuraLex: hybrid post-quantum key exchange on connections to DuraLex, following the standards NIST published in August 2024, and encryption that can be upgraded without rebuilding.

Firm files stay in the firm's own storage: Google Workspace and Dropbox today, with Microsoft 365 and Box coming.

Which practice areas does DuraLex support?
One engine serves every area of law. Each practice area is configuration, and 13 are configured today. Immigration comes first, where documents, deadlines and multilingual clients are heaviest.
Where are my firm's files kept?
In your firm's own cloud storage. DuraLex organizes and reads the files where they are, so your record is not split across vendors.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
No. The AI reads, cites, drafts and checks. Every fact shows its source and page, and nothing enters the record or goes to a client until an attorney approves it. AI supports your legal knowledge; it never substitutes for it.
Do I have to buy the whole suite?
No. The platform is always on, and each module switches on or off for a small monthly fee per user. Most firms start with Send and sign.
Can we text clients from our own number?
That is a coming feature, through business phone systems such as RingCentral, Quo, Dialpad and Zoom Phone, or Twilio for a number you already have. Texting is for client communication only.
Is DuraLex quantum-safe?
Post-quantum protection is a coming feature. When enabled, connections to DuraLex will use hybrid post-quantum encryption following the NIST standards published in August 2024. Outside services such as email or court systems are outside our control.
